According to the reports from TalkSPORT, two Premier League giants Arsenal and Chelsea are chasing for the signature of Atletico Madrid leader Antoine Griezmann, who has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea since the last season.
The La Liga giants have sold a big number of world-class strikers for the last several years, including Sergio Aguero, Diego Costa, Radamel Falcao, David Villa and Jackson Martinez, who has recently left the Spanish club for China.
Alongside with two London giants, La Liga duo, Real Madrid and Barcelona are also monitoring the progress of the 24-year-old France international. But as Atletico Madrid claim, the striker in not going anywhere and he will remain at Vicente Calderon.
Former Real Sociedad ace has been outstanding for Atleti last season, as managed to find the back of the net 22 times in 37 La Liga appearances and he continues to provide wonderful performances this season too, already scoring 12 goals in 22 matches so far.
Highly-rated France international, who is expected to be the leader of France national team in Euro 2016 this summer, has a £60million release clause with Atletico Madrid and Premier League clubs are believed to be ready to meet full release clause of Griezmann. The striker joined Diego Simeone’s side in 2014 for a £24m transfer fee.
