According to the Italian media outlets, Chelsea are keeping tabs on Fiorentina youngster Federico Bernardeschi ahead of the summer transfer window and are considering to meet £38m valuation of the Italian ace.
The 22-year-old forward has become an important player for the La Viola since signing his first professional contract with the club back in 2013.
Bernardeschi has represented Italy national team at Euro 2016 and has made 30 appearances in all competitions for Fiorentina this term and has become a target for several clubs.
As per the reports from Italian publication Calciomercato, Chelsea boss Antonio Cone were linked with a move for the talented youngster during the January transfer window and intend to revive their interest at the end of the campaign.
The Blues manager gave the versatile Italian his international debut last year and reportedly hopes to bring him to Stamford Bridge.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are enjoying an incredible run in the Premier League and the 3-1 win in the London derby over Arsenal put the west London side nine points clear.
Alongside Federico Bernardeschi, Chelsea are also keeping close tabs on other Italian star, Marco Verratti from Paris Saint-Germain.
