LIVERPOOL will reportedly allow Allan Rodrigues de Souza to extend his loan spell with Hertha Berlin – as long as the German outfit secure Europa League football for next season.
Allan, 20, is nearing the end of a season-long loan with Hertha.
Liverpool won’t be able to secure a work permit for the Brazilian midfielder this summer.
And, according to the Liverpool Echo, they are willing to let him spend another campaign in Berlin
However the Anfield hierarchy apparently want to make sure Allan will be playing European football next season.
Hertha, currently fifth in the German top flight, face Bayer Leverkusen in their final game of the season this weekend.
And they will be guaranteed a Europa League spot if they match or better sixth-place Freiburg’s result against Bayern Munich.
Allan has made 15 league and cup appearances for Hertha this season, failing to score or register an assist in the process.
Liverpool signed him from Brazilian outfit Internacional in 2015.
